Making a Purchase

To make a purchase, look through the online store and select what you want.
You will be directed to the checkout.

Your contract is with Erika Lindsay. erikasjewellery.com is a trading name.

All items will be packaged either in a black paper jewellery wallet or tissue paper dependent on what you have ordered. If you want me to add a gift message please let me know by email at the time of ordering.

Payment

Payment is made either by cheque or via PayPal, which is a secure way of paying for goods. Paypal accepts all major credit cards and you do not have to be a member of PayPal to use the service to send a payment.

If you pay by PayPal, you will be directed to PayPal through the shop, when you are ready to check out. You will have access to more detailed information about security and the PayPal system at this stage.

I am unable to take credit or debit card payments over the telephone but you may send me a cheque and your order will be dispatched once funds have cleared.

Shipping Charges

Postage is charged at a flat rate of £3.00 per order for shipping in the UK and overseas.

If an order is returned to me because the Post Office were unable to deliver you may request redelivery upon payment of postal charges or request a refund (less original postage charges)

Delivery

Orders in the UK will be dispatched by Royal Mail First Class "Recorded Signed for" delivery service. This is to ensure your order arrives safely and directly in to your possession.

International orders will be dispatched using an equivalent "signed for" service. You will be responsible for payment of customs duties and taxes payable in relation to your order.

Items in stock will be dispatched within FIVE working days of receipt of your order or within FIVE working days of cleared funds if you have paid by cheque (please allow seven days to clear).

Items which have to be made up may be dependent on me sourcing materials and will be dispatched within 14 days of receipt of your order or cleared funds.

If for any reason materials or items become unavailable I will let you know immediately and you will be offered the option of a full refund or the opportunity to select another item.

I will let you know if the above timescales cannot be met.

Returns and Cancellations

I am concerned to ensure my jewellery meets your expectations.

If the jewellery is faulty please let me know by email or telephone (with confirmation by email/post) within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, specifying the fault. You should then return the goods to me within seven days of notification. You will receive a full refund including postage.

If you are simply not happy with the jewellery I will accept returned goods for a full refund less including all postage costs if you notify me in writing within SEVEN days of receipt of your order. Jewellery must be returned unworn and undamaged within SEVEN days of the date of cancellation. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage. I suggest you use "signed for" postage to ensure receipt

If your item has been confirmed and you want to cancel before you have received the goods you can change or cancel your order by emailing me at ask@erikajewellery.com or telephoning me on 07812 934822 (with confirmation in writing)

Images and Product Description

Every effort is made to describe the jewellery as accurately and in as much detail as possible to give you the best possible opportunity of seeing what the goods are like. Some articles may be shown larger than their actual size in order to highlight detail. Colours may vary slightly from originals due to individual computer monitors and internet browser settings.

Tuesday:1.30pm-6pm
Wednesday: 9am-6pm
Friday: 2pm-6pm
Saturday: 10am-12.30pm

Your custom is important to me. If I am unavailable please leave a message or email me and I will respond as quickly as possible.
